"Butteville" (so called as a previous owners surname was Butters and named it Butteville) presents a superb space to relax and unwind with family and friends.

With gorgeous accommodation over 3 floors there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a focal point lounge and kitchen at the heart of the cottage which flow through to the large balcony. From here, enjoy impressive seaviews with a chilled glass of wine or cosy up under a blanket and gaze at the stars.

Butteville can sleep up to 7 people (and one baby sleeping in a cot) over 3 floors. Please read the "features" section for a full description.

Pet friendly, available all year, bedlinen and towels provided, welcome pack included, log burning stove, 2 bathrooms, outside shower!, balcony and also a separate terrace with BBQ.

Runswick Bay is a small village with an award winning beach. Enjoy the mile long golden stretch of sands and the consistently clean waters.

In detail, Butteville offers gorgeous acommodation over 3 floors comprising:-

Ground floor entrance leading to two bedrooms. One double bedroom to the left with wardrobe and one double bedroom with flying single bunk bed over the top to provide a triple room. This second bedroom is spacious and also has a sofa and TV.

Both the ground floor bedrooms lead to a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A washer and a dryer can also be found here.

Upstairs presents the tastefully decorated lounge with wood burning stove (please bring logs), TV, comfy sofas and seaviews. There are built in baby gates on this level - convenient for keeping little ones or dogs in one place.

Leading to the large kitchen, you will find everything you need here for your stay with a separate kitchen table, full size oven and hob, two fridges (separate large freezer downstairs) Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and plenty of pots, pans and cupboard space.

The lounge and kitchen lead on to the balcony to enjoy the impressive sea views with stylish outdoor seating. The lounge has a log burning stove, two large sofas and TV with Freeview. Stair gates are available on each floor.

Head up to the main bedroom in the eaves with its own separate bathroom. A whole floor to yourself! There is a lovely kingsize bed with dressing table, chest of drawers and additional velux windows to give light and views of the bay. A large bathroom across the way offers an Art Deco style roll top bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, sink and toilet.

At the front of the property we have a private terrace - set back from the footpath with sea views and a BBQ for entertaining.

And one final feature....the outdoor shower! What better way to rinse off from a morning dip or an evening walk with a warm shower before heading inside to warm up by the stove.

A car parking permit is provided for one vehicle to park in the Resident’s car park. Additional cars can use the Pay & Display car park where daily charges apply
