Say hello to "Flamingo" Cottage, Runswick Bay.

Sleeping up to 6 people, this well positioned home has had a decor refresh and is ready for bookings!

Allowing one well behaved pet, Flamingo Cottage is easy to find, easy to access, offers fabulous sea views, outside seating and a comfortable base in the heart of Runswick Bay. A stones throw from the beach!
Please note the accommodation is over 3 floors.

Features

In detail, the cottage is an ideal base for up to 6 people (plus a baby - not crawling) over 3 floors with the accommodation comprising. One well behaved dog is welcome :-

Enter the cottage from the turning circle in the lower village up approx 8 steps.
The ground floor sitting room has a cosy log burning stove (Please nbring your own logs) 2 large sofas, TV with Freesat and window seating.

A few more steps lead up to the kitchen area into the open plan dining / kitchen. Here you will find a dishwasher, full size electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and lots of pots and pans.

There is a back door to the enclosed rear garden. Please note the rear garden is tiered so children must be supervised at all times.

Back inside, there is a staircase off the lounge and kitchen which leads up to the main double bedroom at the front of the house which enjoys sea views and has its own shower, toilet and sink. This comfortable room gives the all important opportunity to sit in bed and look out to sea when you wake each day.

Across the hall is the house bathroom with toilet, sink and shower over the bath. There is a single bed here in the hallway. A space saver ladder leads to the attic bedroom. Here 3 single beds share the same space with a huge window to enjoy the sea views. 

To the front of the house is a private terrace to enjoy the views, sip a glass of something lovely and watch the world go by. Outdoor table and chairs provided.

Please note we only have one car park permit for the cottage which can only be used in the Pay and Display car park. Extra cars must pay the daily rate. (£6 per day, download the RingGo app prior to arrival)

Please note there are a number of stairs at this property, an open staircase to the third floor with restricted headroom and the accommodation is spread over 3 floors.

Location

Flamingo Cottage, Runswick Bay, TS13 5HU 

From the A174, approach Runswick Bay via Ellerby Lane and turn right into the lower village down the steep 1:4 hill.
Flamingo Cottage is in the main lower village of Runswick Bay.
Turn left at the mini roundabout at the bottom and drive into the village to the end of the road and the cottage is situated on the left hand side for easy access and unloading.
There are a few steps up to the front door of Flamingo Cottage.

Guests must park in the Public Car park in the lower village and pay the daily charge of £6 per day.
